This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Assist our clients' customers with their inquiries.
• After completing e-learning training, you will gain access to a project-specific knowledge base.
• Efficiently respond to inquiries through email, chat, or phone.
• Work entirely remotely and receive payment for each resolved ticket.
• You are comfortable adapting to new technologies.
• You have a passion for problem-solving, are inquisitive, and enthusiastic.
• You possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You are available for a minimum of 15 hours each week.
• Manage your own schedule.
• Enjoy flexible working hours, Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM and 1:00 AM.
• Work from the comfort of your home.
