This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Deliver front-line customer support through live chat and email channels.
• Help customers with inquiries related to the platform and resolve basic issues.
• Record interactions and work with internal teams to provide timely and accurate assistance.
• Forward tickets needing further investigation to the appropriate internal team member.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Client Services, Technical Support, or similar roles.
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
• Must be willing to work during U.S. CST hours (night shift in Philippine time).
• Skilled in using HubSpot, Gmail, Slack, and the commonsku platform (or comparable CRM/help desk systems).
• Familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to enhance productivity.
