This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Address customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
• Offer technical assistance to resolve issues and respond to questions.
• Record and monitor support requests.
• Keep up-to-date documentation of customer interactions.
• Engage in team meetings to share experiences and propose enhancements.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge in IT Analysis and Systems Development.
• Background in Computer Engineering.
• Expertise in Computer Science.
