This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for their technical, scientific, and operational needs.
• Convert intricate customer requirements into implementable technical solutions.
• Collaborate closely with clients to fulfill their quantum computing research goals.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions for new users, ensuring a smooth integration of QM products.
• Provide extensive training sessions, addressing topics from fundamental functionalities to advanced applications tailored to customer specifications.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and challenges, spearheading troubleshooting efforts alongside R&D and product teams to deliver prompt and effective solutions.
• Oversee technical installations and the integration of QM solutions for clients.
• Keep a thorough understanding of the customer's ongoing issues, requests, and resolutions.
• MSc in experimental physics, with practical experience – Required.
• PhD – Preferred.
• Experience in superconducting physics – Preferred.
• A customer-focused and service-oriented approach.
• Demonstrated success in a client-facing support or success role – Preferred.
• Proficiency in Python – Required.
• Familiarity with Linux systems, basic IT concepts, and networking fundamentals.
• Self-sufficient, responsible, and motivated with a positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in French – Preferred.
