Customer Support Officer, Japanese

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Assist clients in the process of opening and managing their trading accounts.

• Address customer inquiries through email, phone, and internal support channels.

• Conduct welcome calls and follow up with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Provide detailed information regarding the company's trading platforms and services.

• Resolve inquiries related to back-office and account issues.

• Offer technical support to clients, including troubleshooting for the MetaTrader platform.

• Professionally handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.

• Collaborate with internal departments to efficiently address customer issues.

• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams as needed.

• Assist in marketing initiatives, including translating campaigns and coordinating events when necessary.

• Educate clients on the company's products and platform functionalities when applicable.

• Contribute suggestions aimed at enhancing the customer experience and supporting business growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent in Japanese (both written and spoken).

• Proficient in English (at least B2 level).

• Possess a University or College degree.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Skilled in using MS Office applications.

• Comfortable with CRM systems, email platforms, and various computer applications.

• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Available to work full-time during Japan's business hours.

• Experience with CRM systems and customer support tools is preferred.
