This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Provide exceptional customer support through email, chat, and phone, reflecting Felix's dedication to quality.
β’ Ensure all responsibilities are fulfilled within service level agreements (SLAs) to uphold superior service standards.
β’ Collect and assess customer feedback to foster improvements, sharing valuable insights with internal teams.
β’ Assist in the creation and maintenance of training documentation to empower both customers and team members.
β’ Participate in the development and enhancement of Help Centre resources, which include help articles, FAQs, guides, and video content.
β’ A quick learner, adept at mastering new systems and tools, with a genuine enthusiasm for software.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of establishing rapport and trust with both customers and colleagues.
β’ A collaborative mindset, able to work autonomously as well as within a multi-regional team.
β’ A proactive problem-solver, inquisitive and dedicated to ongoing learning and enhancement.
