Customer Support Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Oversee client interactions and serve as the main point of contact for client-related matters in the Korean market.

• Serve as the connection between clients and the Korean market.

• Monitor market trends and supply relevant market information.

• Address client inquiries regarding trading and the instruments available.

• Educate new clients on the company’s platforms and trading tools.

• Offer clients guidance on both technical and fundamental analysis.

• Provide ongoing market updates to clients.

• Comprehend client requirements and trading profiles to deliver support and advice.

• Promote additional company services to enhance the client experience.

• Coordinate with other departments to escalate and resolve issues, as well as report any faults.

• Maintain high levels of client acquisition, retention, and reactivation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in the Forex sector.

• Proficiency in both Korean and English languages.

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

• Capability to work independently, develop, and grow business opportunities.

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure.

• Comprehensive understanding of financial markets, including technical and fundamental aspects.

• Knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis.

• Familiarity with trading and the financial instruments available.

• Competence in training clients on the company’s platforms and trading tools.
