This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +3 more states.
• Deliver exceptional customer focus and satisfaction while providing Motorola’s Lifecycle Service products.
• Oversee government contracts, ensuring the successful delivery of service products to local government clients.
• Cultivate relationships with external partners responsible for providing service products to customers.
• Handle contract renewals, proposals, accurate forecasting, crafting statements of work, and achieving P&L and receivables objectives.
• Promote advanced/integrated service programs across various levels within customer organizations and collaborate closely with both direct and indirect sales teams.
• Create service account plans and profiles, along with defining goals and strategies for assigned accounts.
• Act as a single point of contact for customers, overseeing customer management and ensuring compliance with service delivery and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 3 years of experience in Lifecycle Services, Account Management, Management, Customer Service, Sales, Systems Implementation, Integration, LMR Sales, LMR Engineering, Customer Support, Customer Account Management, Project Management, Public Safety, Military, or Technical Services Sales.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
• This position does not offer employer work permit sponsorship.
• Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government clients is necessary.
• Candidates must reside in the NE territory to adequately support their customers.
