This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Provide customer service support either on-site in Athens or remotely from a home office.
• Engage with customers who speak German.
• Proficiency in German at a C2 level.
• Competence in English at a B2 level.
• Possession of a valid EU passport.
