This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide timely, accurate, and friendly assistance to customers via chat.
• Effectively resolve inquiries while upholding high service quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and address complex issues.
• Aid in the ongoing enhancement of support processes and knowledge resources.
• Engage with customer inquiries through live chat in a professional and courteous manner.
• Recognize customer needs and offer suitable solutions or escalate when necessary.
• Record interactions and keep precise documentation of customer communications.
• Work closely with technical and product teams to remain updated on changes and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist in the creation and revision of support documentation and FAQs.
• Maintain a calm and positive demeanor during peak volume periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional educational qualifications are advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in customer support, ideally in a chat or digital environment.
• Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Capacity to multitask and effectively manage time in a fast-paced atmosphere.
• Familiarity with customer support software and chat platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
