This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Retain Claro customers with fixed-line services by providing promotions, discounts, and benefits that ensure their loyalty.
• At least 3 months of experience in sales, customer service, or retention.
• Windows 11 Home or Pro.
• Intel Core i3 10th generation processor or higher, or Ryzen 3 3rd generation processor or higher.
• Wired internet with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.
• USB headset.
• Webcam.
• Installed antivirus software.
• Productivity bonuses: Up to S/ 300 (Full-Time) | Up to S/ 150 (Part-Time)
