Customer Support — German & English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Provide telephone and written customer support (inbound) within the tourism industry.

• Assist customers with a sales-oriented approach during their holiday planning.

• Offer guidance on the client's products to customers.

• Ensure customer satisfaction, fostering a willingness for repeat calls.

• Handle documentation and post-call processing tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in the German language, both written and spoken.

• Comfortable using common CRM and telephony tools, or possess a strong technical aptitude.

• Access to a stable internet connection and a quiet home-office environment.

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for proactive selling.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work reliably and independently (freelancer model).

• Availability to work shifts, including night shifts and on-call duties.

• An interest in travel topics is considered a plus.
