This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Adhere to the company's policies and procedures to fulfill business needs
• Respond to incoming calls and emails in line with established guidelines and objectives
• Handle all customer inquiries, ensuring the highest standards of service
• Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of customer information in the database
• Deliver friendly and efficient service to a global clientele
• Identify and appropriately escalate issues as they arise
• Oversee and manage multiple concurrent tasks
• Work proactively and independently to meet targets and objectives
• C2 proficiency in German
• B1-B2 level English proficiency
• Excellent phone communication skills and active listening abilities
• Capability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Adaptable skills and a spirit of teamwork
• Previous experience in customer support in a related role will be considered advantageous
• Competitive salary of 1200€
