This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• Providing customer service through email and phone communications
• Recognizing customer needs and presenting the product offerings
• Offering information regarding contractual agreements, invoices, and cancellation policies
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Proficient in spoken Finnish
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written
• Competent in using MS Office applications
• Previous experience in Sales or Telemarketing is advantageous
• Confident and professional demeanor on the phone
• Target-oriented personality, friendly, and communicative
