This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• As a member of our Level 2 Technical Customer Support team, which focuses on our IoT, network, and SaaS solutions, you will be instrumental in assisting our DACH customers with the following responsibilities:
• Collaborating with customers and partners to pinpoint and resolve potential issues.
• Independently managing support tickets and coordinating solutions with 3rd level support.
• Addressing inquiries through phone, email, and our ticketing system.
• Assisting with the installation and configuration of the VusionGroup solution.
• Troubleshooting issues related to systems, networks, and software.
• Conducting targeted follow-ups and analyses of inquiries.
• Documenting processes and preparing relevant reports.
• A technical diploma or an ongoing/completed degree from a university of applied sciences (FH) or university.
• Some professional experience in a similar position is advantageous, along with a solid understanding of IT environments (LAN, WLAN, cloud, Linux, and Windows).
• Familiarity with remote support tools is beneficial.
• Strong implementation capabilities paired with a proactive and assertive attitude.
• A customer-oriented mindset with exceptional communication skills.

• Proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken.
