📋 Description

• Provide outstanding, trilingual (English/Mandarin/Cantonese) remote assistance to clients.

• Ensure smooth onboarding processes while addressing inquiries with efficiency and empathy.

• Enhance client experiences through teamwork and effective problem-solving.

• Utilize digital platforms (Zendesk, Aircall, Slack) to deliver prompt, precise, and personalized support.

• Diagnose issues, assist clients in navigating platforms, and champion their needs.

• Follow up with clients to gather feedback and document submissions.

• Address customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone with a focus on speed and clarity.

• Collaborate closely with teams from Sales, Compliance, Corporate Secretary, Accounting, and Tech.

• Recognize recurring customer challenges and propose workflow enhancements.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 0-2 years of experience in customer support; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin (non-negotiable); Cantonese is a valuable asset.

• Experience: 0-2 years in customer support; experience in Fintech, SaaS, or professional services is preferred.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using digital tools such as Zendesk, Aircall, Slack, and Gmail.

• Remote-Ready: Self-driven with a dedicated, quiet workspace and reliable internet connection.

• Nice-to-Haves: Basic understanding of Hong Kong business regulations (e.g., taxes, company filings).

• Experience in a dynamic startup or scale-up environment.
