📋 Description

• Deliver customer support through email and telephone communications.

• Assess customer requirements and showcase the available product offerings.

• Supply details regarding contract terms, invoices, and cancellation policies.

• Promote customer satisfaction.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Dutch (Netherlands).

• Strong command of English, both in written and spoken forms.

• Solid understanding of MS Office applications.

• Experience in sales or telemarketing is desirable.

• Possess a confident and professional demeanor on the phone.

• Target-oriented, approachable, and effective communicator.
