
Customer Support Engineer – Semiconductor Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Functions as a vital member of a customer support team, serving as a liaison between customers and the team.
• Effectively communicates and addresses customer requirements and concerns during production meetings.
• Collaborates closely with the engineering team to investigate complex issues and implement solutions.
• Oversees the commissioning of new machine installations at customer locations.
• Troubleshoots circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
• Performs system reconfigurations and modifies components based on customer requests.
• Capable of reading and interpreting schematic electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Manages stock purges and handles rework or returns of defective parts.
• Monitors and tracks major customer projects as needed.
• Diploma or degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering is preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Previous experience with front-end semiconductor equipment or similar products is highly desirable.
• Proficient in understanding mechanical and schematic diagrams.
• Capable of performing basic reworks on-site at the client's location.
• Willingness to commit to overtime and be on 24/7 standby for two weeks each month.
• Fixed $1000 standby allowance per month.
• Additional overtime allowance.
