This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Deliver global, customer-oriented support for Superna software via ticketing and remote troubleshooting sessions.
• Identify, document, and resolve software or configuration challenges according to established protocols.
• Appropriately escalate complex issues while ensuring ownership of customer communication.
• Record solutions and enhance the internal knowledge base.
• Engage in shift rotations and participate in internal team training sessions.
• Practical experience with Dell EMC Isilon/PowerScale or PowerStore, covering administration, configuration, and troubleshooting in production settings.
• Proficient understanding of enterprise NAS concepts: SMB/CIFS, NFS, access zones, storage pools, and data protection policies.
• Basic comprehension of Linux, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with DNS, Active Directory, NFS, and Windows systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Preferred: Experience with OneFS architecture or distributed file system principles.
• Acquainted with additional storage platforms such as Pure Storage or VAST.
• Knowledge of database querying (SQL/PostgreSQL).
• Experience in a customer-facing technical support or field engineering position.
