This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Improve the Customer Experience.
• Install, maintain, validate, and repair Revvity and/or multivendor instrumentation at client locations, providing top-tier service.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled corrective maintenance for clients, including warranty services, within a designated time frame and established maintenance protocols.
• Offer customer training on instrument operation and maintenance.
• Communicate available service options, including training, support, software, laboratory services products, and field upgrades.
• Collaborate with customers to gain insights into their analytical workflows and applications.
• Assist local instrument sales representatives in securing new instrument orders.
• Provide services that promote the sale of new service agreements, upgrades to existing service agreements, and instrument add-ons to current contracts.
• Exhibit outstanding written and verbal communication skills while actively engaging with peers and customers.
• Contribute to account profitability through efficient execution and service delivery.
• Associate degree in Applied Science, Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related STEM discipline, along with 2+ years of military experience.
• Willingness to travel by air, vehicle, and/or other transportation methods as business needs arise.
• Availability to work some weekends as required.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, repair, and provide qualification services.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
