This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance on analytical instruments.
• Oversee the installation of equipment from the moment of delivery until sign-off.
• Address customer inquiries via telephone within 4 hours to assess issues.
• Execute preventative maintenance according to the established maintenance schedule.
• Notify relevant personnel of any issues following the escalation procedure.
• Keep manuals updated and organized.
• Timely and accurately submit electronic documentation.
• Maintain strong communication with the Service Manager regarding all topics.
• Handle parts returns and repairs in compliance with all policies and guidelines.
• Ensure customers are well-informed about any ongoing concerns.
• Manage direct account responsibilities with minimal oversight.
• Provide assistance in various areas within the District.
• Carry out all responsibilities in alignment with applicable ISO9000 directives and company policies.
• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree or higher.
• A minimum of five years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred backgrounds include general Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, and/or Chemical Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Spanish.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 80% proficiency in the English language.
