This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Investigate intricate technical challenges across frontend, backend services, APIs, integrations, and database layers.
• Analyze logs and system behaviors to reproduce issues and determine root causes.
• Convert technical findings (logs, stack traces, payloads) into concise, actionable engineering insights.
• Escalate verified findings to Development, providing reproducible evidence and clear investigation details.
• Work collaboratively with Engineering and Product teams.
• Maintain a strong capacity for learning across multiple evolving product environments.
• Communicate effectively and confidently with customers during ongoing investigations.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) initiatives to prevent long-term issues.
• Possess a strong investigative mindset and a curiosity for technology.
• Familiarity with backend technologies (PHP / Python) and foundational frontend knowledge (JS / HTML).
• Confidence in working with relational databases and executing SQL investigation queries.
• Acquainted with observability and troubleshooting tools (ELK/Kibana, CloudWatch, Browser DevTools, etc.).
• Exhibit strong analytical thinking and debugging capabilities.
• Ability to swiftly adapt and navigate through unfamiliar systems independently.
• Demonstrate clear and empathetic communication skills along with a strong sense of ownership.
