This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Provide assistance to high-profile clients through chat, email, and phone.
• Support customers with the self-service advertising platform and associated tools.
• Offer pre- and post-sales assistance for digital advertising products.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems, including bugs or delivery issues.
• Relay updates and solutions to clients promptly and professionally.
• Spot opportunities for clients to improve their advertising effectiveness.
• Collect client feedback and share product insights to enhance the user experience.
• Fluency in Dutch (essential) alongside proficient English.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic technical knowledge and computer proficiency.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• A collaborative team member with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Prior experience in customer support or digital marketing is appreciated but not essential.
