This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Assist with inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat.
• Respond to incoming calls and emails related to products, sales, services, corporate information, appointments, and more.
• Ensure a high standard of customer support and satisfaction by maintaining a customer relationship database.
• Focus on client retention and loyalty while striving for a positive response to customer inquiries.
• Native or near-native proficiency in Danish.
• B2-level proficiency in English.
• A strong passion for customer support, with a competitive spirit and willingness to take risks.
• At least a high school diploma or completed vocational training.
• Prior experience in the customer service sector will be viewed favorably.
• Gross annual salary of 16,800 euros.
