This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, chats, and emails.

• Personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
• Experience in hospitality or logistics.
• Familiarity with Zendesk or extensive experience with another CRM.
• Background in managing tickets.
