This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Azerbaijan.
• Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, chats, and emails
• Establish and nurture strong, lasting relationships with customers
• Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies
• Safeguard sensitive customer information with utmost care and security
• Implement cutting-edge customer satisfaction practices
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of client solutions and achieve KPIs
• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams
• Proficient in English (C1 level for both spoken and written communication)
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer support position
• Strong analytical and research capabilities
• Background in the travel industry
• Positive, proactive, and responsible demeanor
• Personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
• Experience in hospitality or logistics sectors
