This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Provide exceptional customer support through emails, chats, and phone calls;
• Adhere to internal processes and standard operating procedures;
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure swift issue resolution;
• Manage sensitive customer information with utmost care and security;
• Implement the latest customer satisfaction strategies;
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of client solutions and achieve KPIs;
• Liaise with developers and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in both German and English (C1 level or higher), in spoken and written forms;
• A minimum of 6-12 months of experience in a customer support role;
• Excellent analytical thinking and research capabilities;
• A positive, proactive, and responsible demeanor;
• A personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
• Set work hours: Monday to Friday from 8 PM to 2 AM CET;
