Customer Support Consultant, French C1, English C1, part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer support via chat, email, and phone, addressing customer inquiries and requests;

• Manage incoming customer queries during evening and night shifts, providing prompt and effective solutions;

• Assist customers experiencing charger-related issues, including basic troubleshooting for both hardware and software;

• Support customers with refund processes and guide them through the required steps;

• Accurately document customer interactions and adhere to established support procedures;

• Escalate complex issues when necessary to guarantee appropriate resolution;

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional communication abilities in English and French (C1 proficiency for both spoken and written);

• Demonstrated experience in Customer Support, including handling chats, emails, and calls;

• Availability for night shifts in a part-time capacity, consisting of 6-hour shifts;

• Strong written and verbal communication skills;

• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-focused approach;

• Capability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and assist customers in finding solutions;

• Keen attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple customer requests effectively;

• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced support environment;

• Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and a reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload);
