This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, and chat communications;
• Address guest inquiries related to check-in/check-out procedures, accommodation services, amenities, and local information;
• Foster strong and enduring relationships with customers;
• Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies;
• Manage sensitive customer information with utmost care and security;
• Implement the most effective customer satisfaction practices;
• Maintain a thorough understanding of client solutions and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs);
• Engage with developers and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in English and Italian (C1 level for both spoken and written language);
• Previous experience in customer support for 6 to 12 months;
• A positive, proactive, and responsible mindset;
• Personal computer (minimum 8GB of RAM) with a reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
• Fixed working hours: Wednesday to Sunday, from 2 PM to 10 PM CET;
