This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Provide exceptional customer support through emails, chats, and phone calls;
• Adhere to internal protocols and standard operating procedures;
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to facilitate effective issue resolution;
• Manage sensitive customer information with diligence and security;
• Implement the latest customer satisfaction practices;
• Maintain a thorough understanding of client solutions and fulfill key performance indicators;
• Interact with developers and cross-functional team members.
• Proficiency in German and English (C1 or higher), both verbally and in writing;
• A minimum of 6-12 months of experience in customer support;
• Strong analytical and research abilities;
• A positive, proactive, and responsible approach;
• Personal computer (at least 8GB of RAM) with a reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
• Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 PM – 2 AM CET;
