This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Deliver first-level assistance to customers through chat, phone calls, and emails.
• Manage and resolve support tickets effectively.
• Provide clear and accurate responses to inquiries regarding policies and billing.
• Serve as the initial contact during service interruptions, ensuring prompt communication and support.
• Diagnose basic technical problems and refer more complex issues to the relevant teams.
• Keep precise records of customer interactions and adhere to internal protocols.
• Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction by offering empathetic and solutions-focused assistance.
• Outstanding English communication abilities (C1 proficiency in both spoken and written forms).
• Familiarity with Zendesk.
• Basic skills in troubleshooting.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer support is essential.
• Technologically adept, capable of testing and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities.
• Positive, proactive, and responsible mindset.
• Personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
