This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, chat, and email communications;
• Address inquiries and assist in resolving customer issues, ensuring timely updates and responses;
• Refer complex problems to the relevant internal team when necessary;
• Support basic User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities as needed;
• Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers;
• Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies;
• Handle sensitive customer information with utmost care and security;
• Implement the most effective customer satisfaction practices;
• Maintain a thorough understanding of client solutions and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI);
• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in English communication skills (C1 level for both spoken and written);
• Minimum of 6 months experience in customer support is essential;
• A customer-centric mindset and a readiness to assist others;
• Capability to juggle multiple conversations and priorities while paying attention to detail;
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities;
• Self-sufficient with the ability to manage your own workload;
• Flexibility and comfort in a fast-paced work environment;
• Technologically adept, able to test and resolve basic technical issues;
• Positive, proactive, and responsible demeanor;
• Personal computer (minimum 8GB of RAM) with a reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
• Fixed working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 4 PM, GMT+2 (Africa/Johannesburg);
