This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Provide customer support and assistance via phone for technology products and services.
• Help resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, networks, operating systems, and computer applications.
• Deliver basic to intermediate technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Work under flexible schedules with potential rotating shifts.
• B2 level in French and B1 level in English.
• Must be of legal age and have completed high school.
• Skills in troubleshooting technical problems and effective communication.
• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday during established hours.
• Salary of $3,061,300 COP.
• Bonus of up to 15% for meeting performance metrics.
