This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• First and Second Level Support: You will receive support requests through the ticketing system and phone, prioritize them, and manage their resolution.
• Error Analysis: You will identify, reproduce, and document software bugs.
• Solution Delivery: You will assist customers with their issues, providing workarounds and technical guidance.
• Documentation: You will log customer interactions in the CRM system and ensure that support process documentation is kept current.
• Optimization: You will contribute to the continual improvement of internal support processes.
• Previous experience in a support role is beneficial.
