This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.
• Engage users proactively through **chat** and **calls** during their onboarding process and initial usage.
• Reach out to users exhibiting low activity or early signs of churn to assist them in getting back on track.
• Serve as a **human recovery layer**: comprehend user frustrations, diagnose problems, and rebuild trust through genuine conversations.
• Guide users in identifying areas for improvement to achieve better outcomes with clear and empathetic communication.
• Suggest enhancements for profiles, CVs, or job searches, including relevant paid add-ons (e.g., resume review) when they provide real value.
• Relay user feedback and recurring trends to the Product team to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Possess 2**+ years** of experience in customer success, sales, account management, or support-driven sales with **US-based customers**.
• Fluent/Native in **English** and **Russian**.
• Ability to commit to 40 hours per week in the **USA time zone**.
• Comfortable taking a **proactive** approach rather than waiting for tickets.
• Strong skills in persuasion, negotiation, and handling objections.
• Data-driven mindset: you prioritize conversion, retention, and unit economics.
• Familiarity with working towards daily targets, funnels, and KPIs.
