Customer Support Agent, PST-EST timezone

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Engage users proactively through **chat** and **calls** during their onboarding process and initial usage.

• Reach out to users exhibiting low activity or early signs of churn and assist them in getting back on track.

• Serve as a **human recovery layer**: comprehend user frustrations, diagnose challenges, and rebuild trust through meaningful conversations.

• Help users identify areas for improvement to achieve better results, utilizing clear and empathetic communication.

• Suggest enhancements to profiles, CVs, or job searches, including relevant paid add-ons (e.g., resume review) when they provide genuine value.

• Convey user feedback and recurring trends to the Product team to enhance the overall customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess **2+ years** of experience in customer success, sales, account management, or support-driven sales with **US-based customers**.

• Fluent/native proficiency in **English** and **Russian**.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week within the **USA time zone**.

• Comfortable with **proactive** work, without waiting for tickets to be raised.

• Strong skills in persuasion, negotiation, and handling objections.

• Data-driven approach: you prioritize conversion, retention, and unit economics.

• Familiarity with daily targets, funnels, and KPIs.

• High-speed internet connection (without the need for a VPN).
