Customer Support Agent – PST-EST

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Actively engage users through **chat** and **calls** during the onboarding process and initial usage period;

• Reach out to users exhibiting low activity or early signs of churn and assist them in getting back on track;

• Serve as a **human recovery layer**: comprehend user frustrations, diagnose problems, and restore trust through genuine conversation;

• Aid users in recognizing areas for improvement to achieve better outcomes, utilizing clear and empathetic communication;

• Suggest enhancements to profiles, CVs, or job search strategies, including pertinent paid add-ons (e.g., resume reviews) that provide genuine value;

• Convey user feedback and recurring trends to the Product team to enhance the overall customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 2**+ years** of experience in customer success, sales, account management, or support-driven sales with **US-based customers**;

• Fluent/Native in **English** and **Russian**;

• Able to work 40 hours per week in the **USA time zone**;

• Comfortable with a **proactive** work approach, rather than waiting for tickets;

• Demonstrate strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills;

• Have a data-driven mindset: prioritizing conversion, retention, and unit economics;

• Familiar with working towards daily targets, funnels, and KPIs;

• High-speed internet connection (VPN-free).
