This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Address user inquiries through Intercom promptly and accurately, acting as the main point of contact for user support.
β’ Assess user requirements and assist them with specific functionalities.
β’ Investigate and report product issues, ensuring that technical problems are resolved swiftly.
β’ Maintain internal databases by documenting technical problems and insightful customer interactions.
β’ Produce and distribute instructional videos for users as a learning resource.
β’ Communicate feature requests and effective solutions with team members to connect user feedback with development efforts.
β’ Follow up with clients to confirm that their technical concerns have been completely resolved.
β’ Respond to reviews on the App Store and Trustpilot to foster community engagement.
β’ 1-3 years of experience in Customer Support with a proven track record in user-centric settings.
β’ Collaborative problem-solver with the ability to identify issues and create effective solutions.
β’ Independent worker who enjoys tackling challenges alone but is willing to seek assistance when necessary.
β’ Analytical thinker capable of dissecting complex, unstructured problems into actionable insights.
β’ Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
β’ Excellent communicator proficient in conducting well-structured conversations and clearly articulating solutions.
β’ Fluent in English with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
