This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both current and prospective clients.
• Manage incoming communications via calls, chats, and emails concerning: Payments, Invoices and reminders, Changes to plans or contracts, Complaints, Retention, etc.
• Minimum of secondary school education or equivalent.
• Proficient communication skills in both Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service roles within a contact center environment.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Ability to communicate in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
• Solution-focused individual, quick to learn and capable of processing information effectively.
• Self-motivated worker who thrives on challenges and prioritizes customer satisfaction.
