This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Address user inquiries across our support channels with promptness, empathy, and precision.
• Resolve issues related to games, payments, and in-app features for Rips and Triumph Arcade.
• Act as a user advocate internally by highlighting recurring issues to address root causes.
• Identify trends in user feedback and escalate them to proactively manage issues as we expand.
• Provide suggestions and enhancements that assist the support team in scaling for the future.
• Experience with digital platforms. You are adept at navigating applications, tools, and online systems, and can quickly learn new ones.
• Availability to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
• Excellent written communication skills with empathy and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency even under pressure.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple priorities without compromising quality.
• Prior experience in customer support is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the TCG and/or gaming industry is a plus.
