This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Offer roadside assistance to drivers, addressing their needs and resolving issues efficiently.
• Address inquiries and support requests through a variety of communication channels (phone, email, chat).
• Keep precise records of driver interactions and support activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of driver-related issues.
• Oversee and monitor the status of drivers and their shipments.
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure driver satisfaction.
• Demonstrated experience in customer support or a similar field.
• Knowledge of the trucking industry is a notable advantage.
• Experience in cold calling is highly valued and extremely important.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in utilizing customer support software and tools.
