Customer Support Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer support to residents via chat and email, ensuring prompt and professional replies.

• Act as the main point of contact through the resident portal.

• Receive, log, and manage maintenance requests, collaborating with internal teams for resolution.

• Address resident issues related to apartments, including complaints and service inquiries.

• Resolve billing-related issues with precision and clarity.

• Record all interactions and cases within CRM systems.

• Employ SAP and internal tools to monitor, update, and manage service requests.

• Follow up with residents to guarantee complete resolution and satisfaction.

• Escalate complex matters to the appropriate departments when necessary.

• Uphold high standards of response time, quality, and customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in customer support, customer success, or helpdesk positions.

• Experience in managing chat and email-based support.

• Practical experience with SAP and CRM platforms.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Bilingual proficiency (preferred/required depending on the region).

• Capability to multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries.
