This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.
• Address player inquiries swiftly through live chat, emails, and various communication channels.
• Manage player expectations by delivering timely updates and solutions.
• Take responsibility for incoming chats to ensure all messages receive a response.
• Keep precise records of player issues and the corresponding resolutions.
• Work collaboratively with other departments on administrative tasks and translations.
• Ensure the prompt completion of tasks that are vital to the company's objectives.
• Exceptional written communication skills in both English and Thai.
• Driven, energetic, and customer-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to uphold professionalism.
• Familiarity with live chat platforms is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai are a plus.
• Previous experience in a chat support position is a plus.
