This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Handle user inquiries (email channel) in accordance with SLA and internal quality standards.
• Manage the ticket structure (tags, request types, categories, etc.) to ensure proper subsequent inquiry analysis.
• Escalate complex or unconventional cases following internal guidelines.
• Stay updated on product functionality, updates, and support policies.
• English proficiency level B2–C1, with clear and effective written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changes, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Skill in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding of the product and the ability to see the context of user requests.
• Empathy and customer-oriented mindset.
• Responsibility and willingness to take ownership of results.
• Attention to detail, structured thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify insights and recognize recurring patterns.
