This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Serve as the main technical representative after deployment, ensuring clients attain measurable cybersecurity resilience.
• Contribute to the technical milestones outlined in the broader Customer Success Plan for platform adoption and updates.
• Perform regular architectural assessments and configuration reviews to guarantee optimal use of the TrendAI platform.
• Assist clients through a well-defined onboarding and deployment process to achieve rapid time-to-value.
• Create and facilitate workshops and training sessions.
• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
• At least 10 years of experience in technical support, security architecture, systems engineering, or a related client-facing consulting role.
• In-depth knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK), SIEM/SOC operations, and endpoint/network defense technologies.
• Comprehensive understanding of various operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, Solaris) and hybrid-cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical risks in straightforward, business-focused terms for executive stakeholders.
• Highly organized with a strong commitment to digital organization, documentation, and technical reporting.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Technical certifications are highly regarded (e.g., TCAP, TSCE, CISSP, CCNA, CCNP, or Cloud Platform Certifications).
