This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee account performance utilizing KPIs (Health Score)
• Proactively identify risks and uncover opportunities for enhancement
• Serve as a liaison between the engineering team and the end user
• Recommend product enhancements based on genuine tax-related challenges
• Facilitate strategic meetings to showcase results and savings achieved
• Develop content and training resources to empower users in mastering the platform's capabilities
• Prior experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) organizations
• Expertise in taxation: comprehensive understanding of taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, ISS) and related filing responsibilities (SPEDs, EFD, GIA)
• Proficient in integrations (APIs) and data import/export processes (JSON/CSV)
• Familiar with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (SAP, TOTVS, Oracle)
• Skilled in metrics such as Churn, MRR, NPS, and expansion
• Capable of utilizing Excel/BI tools to illustrate the product's ROI to clients.
