This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for customer satisfaction by delivering effective solutions.
• Tackle complex technical challenges faced by organizations, taking proactive measures to identify and resolve issues before they affect customers.
• Be a self-driven Splunk specialist, eager to learn and adapt within a fast-paced environment.
• Guide both account team members and customers in maximizing the use of the Splunk Platform.
• Offer insights for enhancing a customer’s technical health overall.
• Provide strategic, case-driven technical consulting for up to 90 days.
• Conduct extensive research using various resources to consistently find solutions to questions and resolve intricate technical problems.
• Secure agreement with account team members and customer decision-makers regarding the tangible benefits of proposed solutions.
• Facilitate customer onboarding workshops, achieving designated success milestones.
• Contribute to practice KPIs by enhancing processes, developing collateral, and implementing tools.
• Several years of experience in administering and utilizing Splunk Core (Enterprise/Cloud).
• Strong expertise in Splunk architecture, data onboarding, and features of the Splunk Core product.
• Proficiency in SPL (Search Processing Language) is essential.
• Significant experience in technical consulting or big-data analytics.
• Solid understanding of common enterprise applications.
• Skills in statistical and analytical modeling are advantageous.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (bash), application development (Java, Python, .NET), databases, and analytical tools.
• Hands-on experience with the implementation of Splunk products, including focus areas and Splunk Cloud.
• Experience with projects involving cloud migration.
