This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
β’ Assist customers in maximizing their use of our platform.
β’ Oversee and coordinate the client pipeline by scheduling meetings and conducting product demonstrations.
β’ Facilitate product demonstrations and aid the sales team in retention initiatives.
β’ Work collaboratively across departments to enhance processes and the product.
β’ Begin in a foundational role to familiarize yourself with the platform, then progressively assume more intricate and rewarding responsibilities.
β’ Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
β’ Experience in customer support, customer success, account management, or a related field is required.
β’ A passion for engaging with customers and resolving issues is necessary.
β’ Must be organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
β’ Desire to learn and advance within a SaaS/product environment is important.
β’ Willingness to work fixed US shifts (16:00 β 01:00 CET) is required.
β’ Practical experience with product demonstrations, customer success, and retention strategies.
β’ Skills in pipeline and CRM management.
