Customer Success Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide daily assistance via software chat and email.

• Review the design queue each day to ensure an efficient workflow.

• Resolve issues while maintaining communication with clients and collaborating with team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the MST or PST time zones.

• Availability to work from 2 PM to 6 PM PST, Monday through Friday.

• Knowledge of solar design and installation is preferred; experience in roofing and construction is also valued.

• Strong communication skills with clients are essential.

• Engage in daily Customer Success support activities.
