This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Provide daily assistance via software chat and email.
β’ Review the design queue each day to ensure an efficient workflow.
β’ Resolve issues while maintaining communication with clients and collaborating with team members.
β’ Must reside in the MST or PST time zones.
β’ Availability to work from 2 PM to 6 PM PST, Monday through Friday.
β’ Knowledge of solar design and installation is preferred; experience in roofing and construction is also valued.
β’ Strong communication skills with clients are essential.
β’ Engage in daily Customer Success support activities.
β’ 100% remote work opportunity.
