This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
β’ Providing high-quality support to the bronze VIP segment;
β’ Collaborating on tasks from the retention team;
β’ Promoting activities among users, such as tournaments, lotteries, quests, and adventures;
β’ Conducting interviews with bronze segment users to gather feedback on their experiences and preferences;
β’ Enhancing customer satisfaction by delivering quality personalized assistance;
β’ Converting bronze users into VIP clients in higher segments;
β’ Handling customer objections;
β’ Assisting with the verification process as needed;
β’ Achieving established KPI goals;
β’ Supporting and improving knowledge of existing and new products;
β’ Opportunity to work from 06:30 to 15:30 Kyiv time (stable schedule from Monday to Friday).
β’ Proficient in spoken and written English;
β’ Ability to communicate effectively via email and phone;
β’ Excellent communication skills with experience in handling customer objections;
β’ Ability to engage clients with additional services, highlighting the positive aspects of the product in an appealing manner;
β’ Empathy and resilience in challenging cases;
β’ Willingness to learn new tools, work with them, and expand knowledge;
β’ Ability to manage time effectively and meet established deadlines.
